Join me in my 14-Day

“Come Home” Spiritual Pilgrimage 2013;

We’ll go to “Home” to Rome, Assisi, Lourdes, Fatima….

And 6 other holy and breathtaking sites in Europe!

Travel Dates: March 31 to April 13, 2013

Come home to God.

Everywhere I go, I meet people who are wandering about, tired, seeking, searching, and thirsting for their spiritual home.  Because deep in each person’s soul, everyone wants to come home to God.

In this year’s “Come Home” Spiritual Pilgrimage 2013, I want to take you back to your spiritual home.  For me, a pilgrimage is a “traveling retreat” where you commune with God in the most beautiful holy places–while enjoying the company of wonderful friends.

I’ll bring you home in three important ways…

1. Home To Mama Mary

Mama Mary will always lead you to Jesus.  (She will never rob the glory of Jesus but always point to Him.)  She is THE follower of Jesus, and calls you to follow Jesus too.

I’ll take you to Lourdes and Fatima–two of the most miraculous places in the planet.  In those two charming towns, Mary draws us closer to Jesus in a way that no preacher, evangelist, priest, or pastor can.

Just seeing the thousands of pilgrims there is an incredible experience that will take your breath away.  You’ll feel God’s presence there in a very palpable way.  Through the years, many sick people have been healed in the waters of Lourdes.

2. Home To Your Brother And Sister Saints

People need heroes.  We all do.  That’s why people flock to watch Spiderman, Batman, and the Avengers.  But unlike these “figments of the imagination”, the Saints are my real-life heroes.  They’re my “heavenly cloud of witnesses” (Hebrews 12:1) surrounding me, inspiring me to run towards Jesus.  I tell myself, “If they can do it, so can I!”

First, I want to bring you to enchanting Assisi, one of my most favorite places in the world.  (St. Francis is my favorite saint too, so I’m biased.).  Assisi sits atop a lovely hill and I love praying there.  I feel that this little town is as beautiful as the day St. Francis and St. Claire gave their lives to Jesus–some 900 years ago.

Aside from Assisi, I’ll also take you to the quaint towns of some of the most well-loved Saints today: Lisieux, Loyola, and San Giovani Rotondo.  Lisieux, to visit the home of St. Therese of the Child Jesus–also known around the world as “Little Flower of Jesus”.   Loyola, to see the hometown of St. Ignatius, the Founder of the Jesuits.  And San Giovani Rotondo, the home of St. Padre Pio, the miracle worker and confessor extraordinaire.  (He knew people’s sins before they confessed, so you couldn’t hide anything from him.)

And finally…

3. Home To Mother Church

If you’re Catholic, I’d like to take you back to your spiritual home: Rome, sweet, home.  Rome is the heart and home of the Catholic Church.

Rome was where thousands of Christians gave their life for Jesus–killed, burned, crucified by cruel Emperors.  Rome was where St. Peter–the first Pope–became a martyr for God.  Together, we’ll visit the majestic Saint Peter’s Basilica, the most important Catholic Church in the world.  In Rome, you’ll go back to your spiritual roots and rediscover the treasures of our Mother Church.

Extra Big Bonus: I’ll be bringing with me my friends and fellow-preachers.  In every city, we’ll be sharing God’s Word to you, praying with you and for you.

Join me for this beautiful 14-Day “Travelling Retreat”.  We leave March 31, 2013.

But don’t be mistaken.  We’ll have truckloads of fun too, I can assure you.  The entire pilgrimage will be a transformational experience that you’ll actually enjoy!
